目的: 比较不同采收期铁皮石斛中多糖含量。 方法: 用分光光度法进行多糖含量测定。 结果: 春季(3月)、夏季(6月)、秋季(9月)、冬季(12月)采收的铁皮石斛中多糖含量分别为4.59%,5.37%,5.92%,6.24%。 结论: 铁皮石斛采收以冬季为佳。

Objective: To compare the polysaccharides content in medicinal dendrobum herb of different collection period. Methods: Coarse polysaccharides in medicinal dendrobum herb were assayed with spectrophotography in different collection period. Results: The polysaccharides content in medicinal dendrobum herb collected in different collection period were 4.59%,5.37%,5.92%,6.24%, respectively.Conclusions:Winter is the best collection period for medicinal dendrobum herb.
