目的: 分析药对羌活-葛根挥发油化学成分。 方法: 采用GC/MS法分离测定药对羌活-葛根、单味药羌活和葛根的挥发油成分,利用化学计量学解析法(CRM)对重叠的色谱峰进行解析,得到药对和各单味药的纯色谱曲线和质谱,通过质谱库对解析的纯组分进行定性。 结果: 药对羌活-葛根、单味药羌活和葛根的定性分析结果分别为 54,55,41 个,占总含量的 89.55%,91.83%,84.15%。 结论: 药对挥发油组分主要来自于单味药羌活,而化学组分种类为两单味药综合作用的结果。

Objective: The volatile chemical components of herbal pair Notopterygium incisum-Lobed kudzuvine root (NI-LKR) were analyzed. Method: Analysis of volatile components in herbal pair NI-LKR,single herb NI and LKR was performed with two-dimensional gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) data coupled with chemometric resolution method (CRM). Result: By means of these methods two-dimensional data,54,55 and 41 volatile chemical components in essential oil of HP NI-LKR,NI,and LKR were determined qualitatively and quantitatively,accounting for 89.55%, 91.83% and 84.15% total contents of essential oil of HP NI-LKR,NI,and LKR,respectively. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the number of volatile chemical components in NI-LKR,mainly from that of single herb NI,is the result of synthesis effect from the two single herbs.
