目的: 建立肠炎宁糖浆定性定量方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中地锦草、黄毛耳草进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定处方中地锦草、黄毛耳草的有效成分没食子酸的含量,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(10∶90),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长270 nm,柱温30 ℃。结果:在薄层色谱中可检出地锦草、黄毛耳草;高效液相色谱法测定,没食子酸进样量在0.05158~1.037 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率(n=6)为101.9%(RSD=2.1%)。结论:所建立的方法可准确地进行定性、定量检测,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective: To establish the methods of qualitation and quantitation of Changyanning syrup.
Methods:Adopting TLC to make a qualitative identification of Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae and Herba Hedyotidis Chrysotrichae in the prescription.Using HPLC to determine gallic acid’s content of Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae and Herba Hedyotidis Chrysotrichae in the prescription.Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted and the mobile phase was methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid(10∶90) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was 270 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results:Herba Euphorbiae Humifusae and Herba Hedyotidis Chrysotrichae could be detected by TLC. The gallic acid showed good linear relationship(r=0.9998) in the range of 0.05158-1.037 μg and the average recovery(n=6)was 101.9% with RSD of 2.1%.Conclusion:What the methods were set up can make the qualitative and quantitative detection accurately, and use the quality control of the pharmaceutics.
