目的:为玄参饮片质量控制建立HPLC特征图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Diamansil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为280 nm;建立了12批玄参饮片的HPLC特征图谱。结果:本研究所建立玄参饮片特征图谱的分析方法有较好的重复性、精密度和稳定性。结论:该方法简便、可靠,可用于玄参饮片的鉴别及质量评价。
Objective:To establish the HPLC specific chromatogram for the quality control of prepared slices of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.Methods:The HPLC specific chromatogram of prepared slices of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.was developed.Diamansil C18(250 mm×46 mm,5 μm) was adopted;The mobile phase was the mixture of methanol and water with a gradient mode.The flow rate was 10 mL·min-1,and the wavelength was 280 nm.Twelve batches of prepared slices of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.were determined.Results:The methodological evaluation showed that the method had a good repeatability,precision and stability.Conclusion:The method can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of prepared slices of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.conveniently.
