目的：采用高效液相色谱法,测定云南粗茎秦艽不同采收期根中龙胆苦苷、马钱酸、獐牙菜苦苷和獐牙菜苷4种环烯醚萜苷的含量。方法：采用Shimadzu C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)色谱柱，以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水液梯度洗脱，流速1.0 mL·min-1，检测波长242 nm。结果：龙胆苦苷的含量远远高于其他3种环烯醚萜苷的含量，可作为药材质量评价的重要依据。无论是2年生还是3年生的栽培秦艽，7月份龙胆苦苷的含量均为最高值。结论：确定2年生秦艽的最佳采收期为7月份，而3年生秦艽的最佳采收期为12月份。
Objective:To determine the contents of gentiopicroside,loganic acid,swertiamarin and sweroside in Gentiana crassicaulis during different harvest periods cultivated in Yunnan province by HPLC method.Methods:The four components were separated by Shimadzu C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with gradient mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the UV detection wavelength was 242 nm.Results:The contents of gentiopicroside was highest in July and could be used to evaluate the quality of the crud drug.Conclusion:Two and three years old roots of G.crassicaulis should be harvested in July and December,respectively.
