白术茯苓汤不同配比水煎液中多糖的含量研究____

目的 研究白术茯苓汤不同配比水煎液中多糖的含量;方法 水提醇沉法分离出粗多糖,采用蒽酮一硫酸法制得有色糖醛衍生物,用分光光度法进行含量测定。结果 加入4ml、0.3%的硫酸蒽酮溶液,在水浴中加热10min,冷却10min时复方多糖含量测定条件最优。显示627nm处有最大吸收峰,线性关系较好 (r=O.9997),平均回收率为97.33%;结论 白术单煎多糖提取的含量最高,茯苓所占比例越大,含量越低。该方法快速准确、重现性好。

objective To study different proportions of polysaccharide content in Baishu Fuling Decoction. Methods The polysaccharide were extracted with hot water and precipitated with alcohol,The contents of polysaccharide were determined by sulfuric acid-anthrone method by UV spectrophotometry. Result The optimum determination conditions for polysaccbaride contentin in Atractylodes Poria soup were as follows:4 ml 0.3% anthmne-sulfate solution,heating for 20 min in water bath and cooling for 20 min.There is maximum absorption of 627nm peak, good linear relationship (r=0.9997),the average recovery was 97.33%;Conclusion: Atractylodes macrocephala single fry the highest content of polysaccharide extracted, the greater the proportion of Wdfiporia COCos, the lower content. The method is rapid, accurate, reproducible.
