目的:建立复方甘草麻黄碱片中盐酸麻黄碱和甘草浸膏(以甘草酸计)的质量控制方法。方法:采用C18( 150 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:0.1%磷酸-乙腈溶液,流速:1.0mL·min-1,柱温:35℃,检测波长:盐酸麻黄碱207nm,甘草酸250nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在1.0~101.2 μg·mL-1质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系Y= 21973.3 X+1421.3(r = 0.9995),回收率为100.6%,RSD= 1.1%(n=3)。甘草酸在14.2~1416.μg·mL-1质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系Y= 5872.7 X-43188.1(r = 0.9999),回收率99.8%,RSD= 0.8%(n=3)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,能有效控制复方甘草麻黄碱片的质量。

Abstract Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ephedrine hydrochloride and glycyrrhizic acid in compound glycyrrhizin ephedrine tablets. Methods: Chromatogaphic analysis was performed on C18 column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-water(contain 0.1% phosphorylation)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min with the detection wavelength at 207 nm (Ephedrine Hydrochloride)、250nm(glycyrrhizic acid)and column temperature at 35 ℃.Results:Ephedrine Hydrochloride,the method showed a good linearity(r=0.9995)in the concentration range of 1.0~101.2 μg·mL-1,whose main recovery rate was 100.6% ,RSD =1.1%(n=3) .glycyrrhizic acid,the method also showed a good linearity(r=0.9999) in the concentration range of 14.2~1416.μg·mL-1,whose main recovery rate was 99.8%,RSD =0.8%(n=3) .Conclusion:The method was simple ,rapid and accurate,so it is proposed for the quality control of compound glycyrrhizin ephedrine tablets.
