建泽泻、川泽泻及江泽泻HPLC特征图谱比较研究 _ ___

摘要目的：建立福建、四川及江西3个主产地泽泻药材的HPLC特征图谱，科学评价其质量及数字化鉴别泽泻的道地性。方法：采用高效液相色谱法,乙腈-水梯度洗脱，流速10 mL·min-1，柱温30 ℃。结果：分析了11批样品，得到25个共有峰。结论：3种泽泻HPLC特征图谱的建立，为鉴别泽泻药材的道地性及及质量评价提供了科学依据。

AbstractObjective:To establish an HPLC fingerprint of Fujian,Sichuan and Jiangxi medicinal plant of Rhizoma Alismatis by RP-HPLC for the quality control and distinguish seedling management of Rhizoma Alismatis.Methods:The gradient elution mode was applied by HPLC with acetonitrile-water at a flow rate of 10 mL·min-1,column temperature of 30 ℃.Results:The HPLC fingerpint of Rhizoma Alismatis.with 25 common characteristic peaks was established from 11 lots of samples.Conclusion:The HPLC fingerprint of Rhizoma Alismatis can be used to control their quality and distinguish seedling management.
