目的：建立浊度法测定硫酸小诺霉素片的效价。方法：以金黄色葡萄球菌为实验菌，加菌量为2.0%(v/v)，37 ℃±0.5 ℃培养3~4 h测定。结果：抗生素线性浓度为0.5~1.24 u•mL-1，二剂量法的平均回收率为99.3%，RSD为1.6%。结论：本方法灵敏、快速、准确，可作为测定硫酸小诺霉素的效价的方法。

Objective:To establish a turbidimetric method of micromomicin.Method:The test orgnism was Staphylococcus aureus and cultured with fresh medium (pH 7.0).Adjust spore suspension of Staphylococcus aureus inoculate with a 2.0%(v/v) ratio,at 37 ℃±0.5 ℃ for 3-4 h.Results:The liner range was 0.5-1.24 u•mL-1.The RSD was 1.6%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,rapid and accurate.
