HPLC法测定愈伤灵胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A的含量___

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定愈伤灵胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A含量。方法：采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液(25∶75)，流速1.0 mL•min-1，检测波长403 nm，柱温35 ℃。结果：羟基红花黄色素A进样量在0.105~2.10 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999) 平均回收率(n=6)为98.6%。结论：本法操作简便，专属性强，灵敏度高，重复性好，可用于愈伤灵胶囊中羟基红花黄色素A的含量控制。

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Yushangling capsules.Methods:The Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid(25∶75) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL•min-1.The detection wavelength was 403 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results:The calibration curve was in good linearity within the range of 0.105 to 2.10 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery(n=6) of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 98.6%.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for content control of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Yushangling capsules.
