目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定复方益肝灵胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量。方法：采用Agilent C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，流动相为甲醇-水(63∶37)，流速1.0 mL•min-1，检测波长为250 nm，柱温30 ℃。结果：五味子醇甲进样量在0.078~0.581 μg(r=0.9999)范围内具有良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率(n=6)为101.8%。结论：本法灵敏度高，操作简便，准确可靠，可用于复方益肝灵胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量测定。

Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of schisandrin in compound Yiganling capsules.Methods:Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm) column was adopted The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(63∶37) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL•min-1 The UV detection was set at 250 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The linear range was 0.078-0.581 μg(r=0.9999) The average recovery(n=6)was101.8%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,convenient,accurate,and can be used to determine compound Yiganling capsules.
