目的:发展中药白花蛇舌草的超高效液相色谱(UPLC)特征图谱,考察富集后的非强极性化合物特征图谱较总提物特征图谱在药材质量控制方面的优势。方法:对不同产地白花蛇舌草及其伪品水线草的总提物及其非强极性组分特征图谱进行相似度考察和主成分分析。结果:不同产地白花蛇舌草原药材包括对照药材利用总提物特征图谱进行分析,尽管能得到一定的聚类效果,但并不是很明显。而将其中的强极性组分有效去除,再对非强极性组分进行特征图谱统计分析时,不同产地不同品种的原药材聚类效果很好。结论:非强极性组分特征图谱较含有强极性组分的总提物特征图谱,更有利于中药材及其制剂的质量控制。

Objective:To develop specific chromatograms of Hedyotis diffusa Willd.by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection (UPLC/DAD),and to investigate the more advantages of specific chromatograms analysis with mild hydrophilic components of Hedyotis diffusa than that only with the total extract.Methods:The similarity and principle components analysis (PCA) methods were applied to study the UPLC fingerprint of the total extract and mild hydrophilic components for quality control in Hedyotis diffusa and its substitutes from different places.Results:The obvious effect of hierarchical clustering has not obtained by UPLC fingerprint analysis with the total extracts of Hedyotis diffusa herbs from different places including reference herb.But when the highly hydrophilic components were effectively removed,the mild hydrophilic components were statistically analyzed and obtained favorable hierarchical clustering with the herbs of different places and different species.Conclusion:Specific chromatograms analysis with non-highly hydrophilic components shows more advantages for quality control of Hedyotis diffusa than that only with the total extract obviously.
