Objective:To establish the qualitation and quanitation methods for Erlong pill.Methods:The TLC methods were adopted for Chinese Angelica、glycyrrhetinic acid、geniposide;baicalin and baicalin,and Waters C18 column (200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was adopted for determination of baicalin with methanol-water-phosphoric acid solution(50∶50∶0.2) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results:Negative control were non-interference for identification.The linear range of baicalin was 0.062-3.72 μg(r=0.9999）.average recovery （n=6）was 99.2%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,reliable and suitable for quality assessment of Erlong pills.
