目的：建立同时测定高良姜药材中高良姜素、山奈素-4′-甲醚、高良姜素-3-甲醚含量的高效液相色谱法。方法：采用Promosil C18 (46 mm×250 mm，5 μm)色谱柱，以乙腈(A)-005%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相，梯度洗脱(0~30 min,34% A→38% A；30~55 min,38% A)，流速10 mL·min-1，检测波长264 nm，柱温30 ℃，进样量10 μL。结果：高良姜素、山奈素-4′-甲醚、高良姜素-3-甲醚的线性范围分别为1218~1218 μg·mL-1(r=09999)，444~444 μg·mL-1(r=09999)，253~2532 μg·mL-1(r=09998)；平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为992%，1005%，1004%。结论：本法准确、简便，具有良好的重复性，可为高良姜药材质量控制提供依据。

Objective: To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of galangin,kaempferide-4′-methylether and galangin-3-methylether in the hebal of Alpinia officinarum Hance from different places.Methods:The separation was performed on a Promosil C18 (46 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column by gradient elution with acetonitrile(A)-005% phosphoric acid(B) (0-30 min,34% A→38% A；30-55 min,38% A) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 10 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 264 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The calibration curves of galangin,kaempferide-4′-methylether and galangin-3-methylether were linear in the ranges of 1218-1218 μg·mL-1(r=09999),444-444 μg·mL-1(r=09999) and 253-2532 μg·mL-1(r=09998) respectively;The mean recoveries(n=9) of them were 992%,1005% and 1004% respectively.Conclusion:The developed method is simple,accurate,reliable,and is helpful to control the quality of Alpinia officinarum Hance.
