目的:测定藏木香药材中土木香内酯、异土木香内酯的含量。方法:用SE-30毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);检测器温度为260℃(FID) ;进样口温度240℃程序升温:初始温度50℃,以20℃.min-1的速率升温至170℃,保持28min,再以25℃.min-1的速率升温至250℃,保持1min;以尼泊金丁酯为内标物定量。结果:土木香内酯与异土木香内酯分离良好,在0.6mg•mL-1~4.2 mg•mL-1范围内,呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999)。结论:本法简便、灵敏、专属性强、重复性好,可用于藏木香药材的含量测定,控制内在质量。关键词:藏木香;气相色谱法;土木香内酯;异土木香内酯

Objective:A capillary GC method was established for the determination of alantoctone and isoalantoctone in zangmuxiang. Methed:The analytical column was SE-30 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm)with an FID detector . The injector temperature was 240 ℃. The detector temperature was set at 260 ℃. The column temperature was programmed from 50 ℃ at a rate of 20 ℃•min-1 to 170 ℃(holding 28 min), then raised to 250 ℃ at 25 ℃•min-1. The final temperature was maintained for 1 min. Results:The linear ranges of alantoctone and isoalantoctone were 0.6 μg-4.2 μg (R2=0.9999),which showed good linearity. Conclution:The methed is simple, specificity, accurate and reliable, and can be used for quality control of Zangmuxiang.
