Objective: To establish a processing analysis method for the dissolution of declofenac sodium sustained release tablets . Method: The release procession test of 3 batches by using FODT-601 fiber-optic real time dissolution test system, and comparing with the result by using ChP 2002 supplement dissolution method. Results: The recoveries of this way is 99.4%-100.6%. The cumulation release rate of declofenac sodium sustained release tablets measured by this system at 2, 6 and 12 hours,respectively had no significant difference compared with the test results of ChP dissolution method(P>0.05). Conclution: Fiber-optic medicine dissolution/release rate process monitoring method can determine effectively the release rate of medicine.
