Objective:To develop a simple and sensitive chromatography method for simultaneous determination of two chemical constituents(isorhamnetin- 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside and tricin) extracted from the Atriplex centralasiatica L..Methods:Separation was performed on a HIQ sil C₁₈W column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 mm) with methanol–water(60∶40) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL·min^-1.The detection was carried out at 360 nm and a column temperature of 30 ℃.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the ranges of 3.223-80.58 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9997) for isorhamnetin -7-O-α-L- rhamnopyranoside,1.720-43.00 μg·mL^-1(r=0.9995) for tricin;The average recoveries(n=9) of the two compounds were 100.5% and 98.7%,respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and selective.It can be applied to determine two flavonoids in the Atriplex centralasiatica L.
