Objective: To optimize and establish stir-bake with saltwater technology on Cortex Eucommiae by multiple indexes orthogonal test methods and to provide technical index on standardization of stir-bake with saltwater on Cortex Eucommiae. Methods: The orthogonal test was employed to determine the effects of the three factors including the concentration of saltwater, temperature and stir-bake time affiliated with three factors of the determination of pinoresinol diglucoside、the determination of alcohol extractive and appearance characters. Results: Temperature had notable effect on experimental results, but stir-bake time and the concentration of saltwater had no notable effects on the results. Consider the effects of three factors synthetically, the tempetature was at 150 ℃, stir-bake time was 10 min and adding 2% saltwater.Conclusion:The research is meaningful to standardization of stir-bake with saltwater on Cortex Eucommiae.
