高效液相色谱法测定温胃药酒中肉桂醛的含量___

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定温胃药酒中肉桂醛含量的方法。方法：用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ；甲醇-0.5%磷酸(48：52)为流动相； 流速为1.0mL.min^-1；检测波长为280nm。结果：均回收率为97.31％，RSD=1.61％。结论： 该方法简便，快速，灵敏，重线性好，可用于该产品质量控制。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of  Cinnamaldehyde in Wen-weiYaojiu .Methods:The Kromasil^tm C₁₈ column was used.The mobile phase was consisted Methanol-0.5% Phosphoric acid (48:52) with 1 mL.min^-1 of flow rate,and the detection wavelength was at 280nm. Results:The average recoveries for cinnamaldehyde was 97.31%  with RSD of 1.61%.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,sensitive and reproducible.The method can be used for quality control.
