目的 评价国产口服霍乱疫苗对ETEC腹泻的免疫保护作用。方法 免疫学方法测定抗原同源性、动物试验测定抗体中和活性、细胞毒性试验及ELISA法检测疫苗免疫人血清的交叉保护性。结果 CTB与LTB有交叉的抗原性；抗CTB抗血清可中和LT毒素的毒力；疫苗免疫人血清可中和LT毒素毒力，且免疫后血清中抗LT抗体滴度有明显升高。结论 国产口服霍乱疫苗可对ETEC腹泻有一定预防作用。

Objective To evaluate the immunoprotection against ETEC diarrhea by locally produced oral cholera vaccine. Methods The immunological homology of the antigens was tested by immunogenic methods. The neutralizing reactivity of the antibody was tested by animal experiments. The cross-protection of the sera from vaccinated persons was detected by cytotoxic assay and ELISA. Results The antigenicities of the CTB and LTB are similar; The anti-CTB sera was shown to be able to neutralize the LT toxin; The human sera from vaccinated persons was shown to be able to neutralize the LT toxin, and high titers of anti-LT antibody were found in post-vaccination sera. Conclusion Locally produced oral cholera vaccine shows prophylaxis against ETEC.
