摘要：本文结合审评中发现的问题，对相对分子质量及其分布测定在中药多糖有效部位研究中的重要作用及应关注的问题进行了分析，建议采用HPGPC方法进行测定，并与文献及其他方法进行比较研究，相互印证结果。

Abstract:The object of this paper is to emphasize the importance of relative molecular mass and molecular mass distribution determination of polysaccharide in active fraction of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of drug technical review experiences.Author briefly introduced the methods for relative molecular mass and molecular mass distribution determination,and suggested that the HPGPC method was used for the determination.Finally some considerations in the method selection and determination conditions were given.
