反相高效液相色谱法测定氢溴酸东莨菪碱注射液的含量___

目的：建立HPLC法测定氢溴酸东莨菪碱注射液的含量。方法：采用DiamonsilTM C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）色谱柱，流动相为0.5%甲酸（pH 5.0）-甲醇（70∶30），流速1.0 mL•min-1，检测波长230 nm，柱温35 ℃。结果：氢溴酸东莨菪碱在0.01～2 mg•mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999，n=7)，平均回收率为100.5%（n=9）。结论：本方法简便、快速、准确，专属性好，可用于氢溴酸东莨菪碱注射液的含量测定。

Objective:To develop an RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of scopolamine hydrobrobromide injection.Methods:DiamonsilTM C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) was used, the mobile phase was 0.5% formic acid(pH 5.0)-methanol (70∶30) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL•min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 230 nm,and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Result:The linear range was 0.01-2 mg•mL-1(r=0.9999，n=7) and the average recovery was 100.5%（n=9）for scopolamine hydrobrobromide.Conclusion:The method proposed for determination of the content of scopolamine hydrobrobromide injection is simple,rapid,accurate and specific.
