为不断提高各级药品检验机构的仪器设备管理能力和水平，作者依据从事过的仪器设备管理相关经验，对管理中存在的问题进行解析，提出通过采取提高认识，加强队伍建设，强化环节管理，利用现代化手段等措施提升管理能力的解决对策，以期为今后药品检验机构的仪器设备管理提供参考。

To improve the capability and level of equipment management in the institutes for drug control, the issues of equipment management in the institutes were reviewed and discussed based on the author's related experience.The strategies of awareness-raising,team-building, management strengthening and modern means employing were suggested to resolve the management problems and improve the administration capability, which could provide ideas for the equipment management in the institutes for drug control.
