目的:对离子色谱法测定盐酸纳洛酮中Cl-含量的测量不确定度进行评定。方法:根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059-1999),分析不确定度的来源,利用回归方程进行不确定度的评定。结果:本实验的合成标准不确定度为0.11%,扩展不确定度为0.3%(包含因子k=2)。结论:该评定方法在实际工作中可以作为利用回归方程计算检测结果的不确定度评定的参考。

Objective:To establish a method for evaluation of the uncertainty for determination of Cl- in naloxone hydrochloride by ion chromatography.Methods:The uncertainty source was analyzed and regression equation was applied for uncertainty evaluation,according to JJF1059-1999.Results:The combined uncertainty of this test was 0.11%,and the expanded standard uncertainty was 0.3%(k=2).Conclusion:The method can be used for reference in uncertainty evaluation of other regression equation.
