Objective:To establish a method for the quantification of nobiletin and tangeretin in Fructus Aurantii by HPLC.Methods:The Venusil XBP C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -water(45∶55) at 25 ℃;The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 326 nm.Results:The method had good linear relationship within the range of 0.16-3.11 μg(r=0.9999)for nobiletin and 0.12-2.34 μg(r=0.9999) for tangeretin.The average recoveries(n=5) were 97.9%(RSD=1.1%) for nobiletin and 99.7%(RSD=0.44%) for tangeretin.Conclusion:This method is convenient,accurate and reliable for the quantification of nobiletin and tangeretin in Fructus Aurantii.
