HPLC法测定射干配方颗粒中射干苷的含量___

目的：测定射干配方颗粒中射干苷的含量。方法：采用高效液相色谱方法，使用Diamonsil C18(46 mm×250 mm，5 μm)色谱柱，流动相为乙腈-02%磷酸水(78∶22)，流速10 mL·min-1，检测波长265 nm，柱温35 ℃。结果：射干苷进样量在006~048 μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=09999。高、中、低3个剂量组平均回收率(n=3)分别为9905%，1001%，1000%；RSD分别为051%，14%，055%。结论：本文建立的高效液相色谱方法操作简便，准确度高，可用于射干配方颗粒中射干苷的含量测定。
 

Objective:To determine the content of belamcandinin Shegan dispensing granules.Methods:The HPLC method was established.The analysis was carried out on Diamonsil C18 (46 mm×250 mm，5 μm) column;The mobile phase of belamcandinwas acetonitrile-02% phosphoric acid(78∶22) at a flow rate of 10 mL·min-1;The detection wavelength was 265 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃.Results:The linear range of belamcandin was 006-048 μg(r=09999).In the high,medium,low concentration,the average recoveries of belamcandin were 9905%,1001%,1000% with corresponding RSD 051%,143%,055%.Conclusion:The HPLC method is easy and precise to determine the content of belamcandinin Shegan dispensing granules.
