目的:建立以HPLC法测定头孢氨苄胶囊含量的测量不确定度评定方法。方法:通过对各分量的分析,计算各分量的不确定度,最后计算出合成标准不确定度uc和扩展不确定度U95。结果:头孢氨苄胶囊含量测定的结果可表示为:101.7%±3.46%(k=2),uc为1.73%,U95为3.46%。结论:本文所建立的评定方法可用于HPLC法测定制剂含量的不确定度的评定。

Objective：To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty in the content determination of cefalexil in cefalexin capsules by HPLC. Method：Each components of uncertainty was calculated by analyzing the various variable parameters among the procedures.The combined standard uncertainty uc and the expanded uncertainty U95 were then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables.Rusults：The expression of the results of the content determination of cefalexin capsules was 101.7%±3.46%(k=2),the combined standard uncertainty uc was1.73%,the expanded uncertainty U95 was 3.46%.Conclusion：The method of the evaluation of uncertainty measurement established in this paper is reasonable and reliable.
