观察12种活血祛瘀类中药对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜新生血管生成的影响___

Abstract Objective: To develop a chick chorioallantoic membrane( CAM) model in vivo for observing the effects of 12 Chinese herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on the angiogenesis of CAM. Methods: Decoctions of 12 Chinese herbs loaded with gelatin sponge carrier were appfied on chick CAM surface of 7-day-old fertilized eggs and incubated for 72 hours.Cut down the CAM, take photos with a stereomicroscope, count the number of CAMblood vessel,analyse the effects of the angiogenesis of CAM. Results: Radix Paeoniae,Rhizoma Curcumae,Radix Cureumae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Sparganii,Semen Persicae have an obvious effect on antiangiogenisis of CAM;Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Notoginseng,Caulis Spatholobi,Semen Vaccariae have an obvious effect on pro-angiogenisis of CAM;Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Flos Carthami have not obvious effect. Conclusion:Chinese herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis most used to treat tumor in clinic have the function of antiangiogenisis.
