摘要 目的:改进中国药典银杏黄酮的测定。方法:采取对供试液稀释溶剂加热回流脱氧、充氮气保护供试液、避光等保护措施下,考察盐酸浓度、甲醇浓度、加热时间、供试液浓度、供试液放置时间等条件的耐用性。结果:在以上预防氧化降解措施的保护下,药典银杏黄酮水解条件有较好的耐用性。结论:建议将预防氧化降解措施纳入药典银杏黄酮测定的正文,并建议修改盐酸浓度的表示方式。

Abstract Objective: To improve the robustness of quantification of flavonoid aglycones in Ginkgo biloba (EGb) extract, etc recorded in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(ChP) 2005. Methods: To test the robustness of the conditions including the concentration of methanol, HCl and test solution in the reaction, the time of hydrolysis and the stability of the test solution, adopting the protection measurements with introducing inert gas and protecting the reaction from light etc. Results: The robustness of the hydrolysis condition recorded in ChP 2005 is favourable after adopting the above measures. Conclusion: It is suggested that the quantification of flavonoid aglycones in Ginkgo biloba (EGb) extract, etc recorded in ChP 2005 should conclude the measures of oxidation preventing and modified concentration of methanol.
