香青兰药材指纹图谱的研究___

Abstract  Objective：To establish a specific chromatogram analysis method for identification of Dracocephalum moldavica L. from different sources.Method：The HPLC separation was performed on a Diamonsil C₁₈ column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm) by gradient elution with a mixture consisting of 90% acetonitrile(A)-water(B) as a mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The UV detection was set at 360 nm. Results：Eleven chromatographic peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of D. moldavica L. Diference content of each peak showed great of the samples, on their chromatograms. Conclusion：This method shows high precision, good repeatability and contents are separation. It can be used for assessment the quality of D. moldavica L.
