HPLC法测定夏枯草口服液中迷迭香酸的含量___

摘要 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定夏枯草口服液中迷迭香酸的含量。方法：采用Phenomene C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），甲醇-1%甲酸（40∶60）为流动相，流速：1.0 mL•min-1，检测波长330 nm，柱温：25 ℃，进样量为10 μL。结果：迷迭香酸在18~450 μg•mL-1浓度范围内呈线性关系（r=0.9999） 平均回收率为97.2%，RSD=1.3%（n=6）。结论：本法准确、简便，可用于测定夏枯草口服液中迷迭香酸的含量。

Abstract Objective:To develop an HPLC method for determination of rosmarinic acid in Xiakucao oral solution.Methods:The sample was separated on a Phenomene C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm) column with methanol-1%formic Acid（40∶60）as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL•min-1，and the detection wavelength was set at 330 nm.The column temperature was 25 ℃.The injection volume was 10 μL.Results:Within the range of 18-450 μg•mL-1， rosmarinic acid presented a fine linear relationship between the injectedamounts and peak areas（ r=0.9999） The averagerecovery was 97.2% with RSD of 1.3%（n=6）.Conclusion:The proposed method is simple,rapid and accurate for the determination of rosmarinic acid in Xiakucao oral solution.
