摘要 目的：建立气相色谱法测定替普瑞酮含量的方法。方法：采用DB－FFAP弹性石英毛细管柱（30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm） FID检测器 色谱条件：柱温为200 ℃ 进样口温度为250 ℃ 检测器温度为250 ℃ 分流进样，分流比为1∶10。结果：替普瑞酮在0.1~10.0 mg•mL-1范围内线性关系良好（r＝0.9999，n=7） 替普瑞酮的回收率（n=9）为98.0%~102.0%。结论：本测定方法准确、灵敏、专属性高，可作为替普瑞酮胶囊的含量测定方法。

Abstract Objective:To establish a GC method to determine the content of the terprenone capsules.Method:Using DB-FFAP capillary column（30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm）and FID under the following chromatography condition：column temperature was set at 200 ℃，injector and detector temperature were both set at 250 ℃ ，split ratio was 1∶10.Result:The calibration curves showed a good linearity over the range of 0.1-10.0 mg•mL-1（r=0.9999，n=7）.The recovery（n=9） of terprenone was 102.0%.Conclusion:The method is specific，accurate，sensitive and suitable for the determination of terprenone capsules.
