概述了近年来利用分子印迹技术(Molecular Imprinting Technique,MIT)制备生物碱、黄酮、多元酚、鞣质、有机酸、香豆素、木脂素及甾类等各类中草药功能因子分子印迹聚合物的研究状况。综述了利用MIT从中草药粗提物中直接分离提取各类功能因子的国内外研究新进展,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:Recent advances of preparations of different functional factors of traditional Chinese medicines-molecular imprinted polymers (FFTCM-MIPs) including alkaloids,flavonoids,plyphenols,organic acids,coumarins,lignans and Steroids by molecular imprinting technique (MIT) were summarized.The new researchs of MIT in separating the functional factors from the crude traditional Chinese medicines (TCM) were reviewed,and the application prospect of MIT was also expected.
