摘要 目的:利用原子吸收光谱法测定7种藏药材镰形棘豆、珠芽蓼、绿绒蒿、甘青青兰、夏至草、细果角茴香、花锚中8种微量元素钙、铜、铁、锰、锌、钾、镁和钠的含量。方法:采用空气-乙炔火焰的原子吸收光谱法。结果:上述7种藏药材中含有较丰富的钾、镁、钠。结论:镰形棘豆、珠芽蓼、绿绒蒿、甘青青兰、夏至草、细果角茴香、花锚中钙、铜、铁、锰、锌、钾、镁和钠的含量有差异,为这7种藏药材的合理药用提供了可靠依据。

Abstract Objective:To determine eight trace elements in seven Tibetan medicines(Oxytropis falcata Bunge,Polygonum viviparum L.,Lagopsis supina (Steph.) Ik.-Gal.,Hypecoum leptocarpum Hook.f.et.Thoms,Meconopsis quintuplinervia Regel,Dracocephalum tanguticum Maxim,Halenia elliptica D.Don) by flame-atomic absorption spectrometry.Method:A flame-atomic absorption spectrometry with air-acetylene flame was adopted.Result:The content of K,Mg and Na in seven Tibetan medicines was abundant.Conclusion:There are considerable differences of the content of the eight trace elements in these Tibetan medicines the data provide an accurate and credible evidence for reasonable medicinal use of these Tibetan medicines.
