摘要 目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定山香圆片中女贞苷和野漆树苷的含量。方法:使用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸(43∶57),流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长336 nm,柱温为30 ℃。结果:女贞苷、野漆树苷浓度分别在14.2~170 μg·mL-1和7.24~86.9 μg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好 平均回收率(n=6)分别为101.2%和101.3%,RSD分别为1.2%和1.7%。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可为山香圆片的质量控制提供实验依据。

Abstract Objective:To develop an RP-HPLC method for the determination of ligustroflavone and rhoifolin in Shanxiangyuan tablets.Method:The separation was performed on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.5% phosphoric acid(43∶57).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was 336 nm column temperature of 30 ℃.Results:The linear ranges of ligustroflavone and rhoifolin were 14.2 to 170 μg·mL-1 and 7.24 to 86.9 μg·mL-1,respectively the average recoveries of ligustroflavone and rhoifolin were 101.2%(RSD=1.2%) and 101.3%(RSD=1.7%),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used to control the quality of Shanxiangyuan tablets.
