摘要 目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定维血宁颗粒中芍药苷、虎杖苷、麦角甾苷和白藜芦醇4种成分的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱 以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱 流速1.0 mL·min-1 柱温35 ℃ 检测波长303 nm。结果:芍药苷、虎杖苷、麦角甾苷和白藜芦醇4种成分浓度分别在22.3~223,61.1~611,6.38~63.8,4.88~48.8 μg·mL-1范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r>0.9995) 方法平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.5%,98.6%,101.5%,100.2%。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于维血宁颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract Objective:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin,polydatin,verbascoside and resveratrol in Weixuening granules by RP-HPLC.Methods:The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid solution in gradient elution mode with at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 35 ℃ and the UV detection wavelength was 303 nm.Results:The linear ranges of paeoniflorin,polydatin,verbascoside and resveratrol were 22.3-223,61.1-611,6.38-63.8,4.88-48.8 μg·mL-1(r>0.9995),respectively.The average recoveries(n=9) of paeoniflorin,polydatin,verbascoside and resveratrol were 99.5%,98.6%,101.5% and 100.2%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple accurate and reproduceable which can be used for the quality control of Weixuening granules.
