HPLC法测定中药炮制辅料猪胆汁中胆红素的含量___

摘要 目的：建立中药炮制辅料猪胆汁中胆红素含量测定方法。方法：采用Zorbax RX-C₁₈色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm);以二甲基亚砜-乙腈-0.125 mol·L^-1醋酸铵水溶液(60∶60∶70)为流动相，其中醋酸铵溶液用冰醋酸调pH=5.3;流速1.0 mL·min^-1；检测波长452 nm。结果：胆红素进样量在0.0113～0.1356 μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998)；平均回收率( n=6)为98.13%，RSD为2.5%。结论：本方法准确、简便，重复性好，可为中药炮制辅料猪胆汁的质量控制提供科学依据。
 

Abstract  Objective：To establish a method for determination of bilirubin in pig bile of processing materials in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：Zorbax RX-C₁₈ column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）was used.The mobile phase was dimethyl sulfoxide-acetonitrile-0.125 mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate(60∶60∶70,pH=5.3).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1;The detective wavelength was 452 nm.Results：The linear range of bilirubin was 0.0113-0.1356 μg(r=0.9998);The average recovery was 98.13%,RSD was 2.5%.Conclusion：This method is accurate,simple and reproducible,it can provide a scientific basis for quality control of pig bile of processing materials in traditional Chinese medicine.
