HPLC法同时测定越鞠丸提取物YJ-XCC1Z3中藁本内酯、α-香附酮、苍术素的含量___

摘要 目的：研究HPLC法同时测定越鞠丸提取物YJ-XCC1Z3中藁本内酯、α-香附酮、苍术素的含量。方法：采用Aglient XDB C₁₈(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)色谱柱，以甲醇-水(77∶23)作为流动相，流速0.5 mL·min^-1，二极管矩阵检测器，检测波长252 nm。结果：藁本内酯、α-香附酮、苍术素进样浓度分别在21.3～850 μg·mL^-1，4.92～328 μg·mL^-1，11.82～985 μg·mL^-1内有良好的线性关系；平均加样回收率(n=9)分别为98.7%，99.0%，98.9%。结论：本法操作简便，结果可靠，重复性好，可作为越鞠提取物YJ-XCC1Z3的质量控制方法

Abstract  Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ligustilide,α-cyperone,and atrctylodin in YJ-XCC1Z3 extract,the antidepressent active part of Yueju pills.Method:An Agilent XDB C₁₈ column(250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm）was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water(77∶23）at a flow rate of 05 mL·min^-1.Ligustilide,α-cyperone and atrctylodin were determined at 252 nm.Results:The linear ranges of ligustilide，α-cyperone and atrctylodin were 21.3-850 μg·mL^-1,4.92-328 μg·mL^-1 and 11.82-985 μg·mL^-1 respectively.The average recoveries(n=9）were 98.7%,99.0% and 98.9% respectively.Conclusion:This method is convenient,rapid and accurate.It can be used for quality control of YJ-XCC1Z3 extract.
