目的：对克霉唑倍他米松乳膏质量标准存在的问题进行修订。方法：采用HPLC法测定克霉唑倍他米松乳膏含量。结果：克霉唑为标示量的100.3%；二丙酸倍他米松为标示量的100.4%。结论：国家药品标准克霉唑倍他米松乳膏中鉴别及含量测定项下的系统适用性的测定方法描述需进行修订。
