目的：建立注射用双半胱氨酸药盒中双半胱氨酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用紫外分光光度法，UV检测波长为230 nm。结果：该法线性范围为0～30 μg·Ml-1;平均回收率99.4%，RSD=0.9%，n=7。结论：该法简便可行，结果稳定，可用于对药盒的质控。
