采用火焰原子吸收光谱法对八角茴香中铜、锰、铁、锌、镍、钴、镉和铅8种微量元素进行分析测定。结果显示，八角茴香中含有较丰富的铁、锰、锌、铜和镍。方法的检出限均小于0.22 μg·mL-1，RSD≤2.7％(n=6)，加标回收率91.1％-111.8％。
