目的：确证压制（干压）包衣延迟释放片衣层处方。方法：以对乙酰氨基酚为模型药，采用HPLC法测定人口服延迟释放片后唾液中药物浓度。结果：包衣所制延迟释放片在体内具显著延迟释放作用，tmax为7.72 h。结论：建立了压制包衣延迟释放片衣层处方的体内确证方法。
