采用高效毛细管电泳法将四环素、4-差向四环素、脱水四环素、脱水差向四环素、二甲胺四环素、去甲基金霉素及土霉素完全分离，并测定了四环素中杂质。结果表明，方法简便、高效、快速，所分析样品中，仅查有差向四环素，为四环素类抗生素中杂质的测定提供了一种新方法。
