在胰岛素的效价测定方法中，以前一直用生物测定法。本文用HPLC法和小鼠血糖生物测定法进行了多批DNA重组人胰岛素（rh-Insulin）效价测定，结果表明两法间有良好的相关性，对高纯单组分rh-Insulin的效价测定，HPLC法可代替生物测定法。

RP-HPLC assay and mouse blood glucose bioassay were used for the determination of rh-insulin samples potencies.The results correlated well in two methods.The mouse blood glucose bioassay could be replaced by RP-HPLC assay for highly purified rh-insulin.
