为测定乙酰螺旋霉素、庆大霉素、制霉素、麦白霉素、多粘菌素Ｅ和Ｂ等多组分抗生素中的有效成分及杂质，本文采用了电喷雾质谱技术（ESI-MS）。测定结果表明ESI-MS法不需标准品即可对上述混合物中除同分异构体外的各组分进行定性和半定量分析。方法准确、快速、简便。
