用高效液相色谱法对大黄虫胶囊中大黄酸进行了含量测定，采用YWG-C18(5μm)4.6mm×250mm色谱柱，以甲醇—水—冰醋酸（330∶170∶5）为流动相，检测波长254nm，柱温40℃，本方法回收率为97.95％，RSD为2.83％，是一种简便、快速、准确的测定方法。
