氧氟沙星、盐酸洛美沙星及氟罗沙星在2mol/L盐酸液中长时间加热回流，分离纯化后所得的降解物，经MS、1HNMR、13CNMR、IR及UV测试与解析，并与原药比较，确证它们是原药的脱羧物。

Ofloxacin,lomefloxacin and freloxacin were degraded by refluxing in 2mol/L hydrochloric acid solution for a long period of time.The degradation products were isolated and identified by MS、UV、IR and NMR spectra as decarboxylates.
