在甲酸—氢氧化钠缓冲体系中，盐酸吗啉胍在-1.34V(vs.SCE)产生一灵敏的极谱峰，峰电流与吗啉胍浓度在0.05～1.10μg/ml范围内有极好的线性关系，测定下限为0.025μg/ml。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏、结果准确。
