本文用HPLC方法测定了12种中药制剂中黄芩甙含量，所建立的色谱方法使12种中药制剂及生药中黄芩甙与其它成分均达较好的分离。本文还对生药中黄芩甙的提取条件进行了考察，结果表明以45%甲醇超声提取方法较佳。该法简便、快速、精密度好。适合制剂生产中多批量样品的质量控制。
