本文采用程序升温毛细管气相色谱法，分析挥发油成分，建立了术类药材气相色谱保留指数（GC－RI）指纹谱，并根据色谱峰的重叠率和含量特征图分析对比，以此对术类药用植物种缘关系进行探讨，试图为生药品种鉴定、内在质量评价及药用植物分类学研究开辟一条新途径。
